Privacy policy

This page explains which data we collect, what we need it for and what rights you have. As of October 2026. English translation for convenience; the German version is legally binding.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this site is:
Jonas Hunglinger, Mavuno (in formation)
Lily-Braun-Weg 3, 80637 Munich, Germany
Email: kontakt@mavuno-erntevorverkauf.com

2. The key points first

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no fonts from third-party servers. We only process personal data if you use the enquiry form or book an appointment with us, and in the technically necessary server log files.

3. Hosting and server log files

The site is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, in Germany. When you visit, the server automatically stores technical data: your IP address, date and time, the page visited, the amount of data transferred, and your browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and operate it securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in stable and secure operation). A data processing agreement is in place with STRATO. The log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for these purposes.

4. Enquiry form

If you write to us via the “Plan a campaign” form, we process the details you enter: name, roastery, city, email, information on direct sourcing and the desired harvest, your message and the calculator results. We use them exclusively to answer your enquiry and arrange a call with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in handling business enquiries).

We store the details in a database at Supabase, region Frankfurt am Main (EU). The provider is Supabase, Inc., USA. A data processing agreement is in place with Supabase, and the data is stored on servers in the EU.

For every new enquiry we send an internal notification by email. For this we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). The content of your enquiry is transmitted to Resend in the process.

We delete your enquiry as soon as it has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligation applies.

Providing data in the form is voluntary. Without name, roastery and email, however, we cannot process your enquiry.

5. Appointment booking via Calendly

For calls we link to the booking page of Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). The Calendly page is not embedded in our site. Only when you click the link does the Calendly page open, and your data is processed there according to their privacy policy. When booking, you provide your name, email and preferred time. We process this data in order to hold the appointment with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA in the process.

6. Recipients of your data

The only recipients are the service providers named above: STRATO (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email) and, if you book with us, Calendly. Your data is not passed on beyond that unless we are legally obliged to do so.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). If you have given us consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Just write to kontakt@mavuno-erntevorverkauf.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

8. No automated decision-making

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing and do not create profiles.

9. Changes

We update this policy when our site or the legal situation changes. The version published here at any given time applies.
